Erika L. Winkler practices in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Group. Ms. Winkler is involved in the structuring, formation, capital raising and regulatory compliance of U.S. and non-U.S. hedge funds and private equity funds. In this role, she regularly prepares offering and organizational documents, reviews marketing materials, and drafts and reviews various related agreements, including operating agreements for management entities, side-letter agreements and third-party marketing agreements.
