He has extensive experience representing manufacturing companies and other business entities in mergers, acquisitions and divestures. His practice also includes real estate speculators and developers, as well as franchisees, retailers, hoteliers.
Mr. Sadis is on the board of trustees of the Sephardic Home for the Aged Foundation.
