Yelena Maltser practices in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Group. Ms. Maltser is involved in the structuring, formation, capital raising and regulatory compliance of hedge funds. She regularly prepares offering and organizational documents, reviews marketing materials and drafts various related agreements.
Prior to joining Sadis & Goldberg, Ms. Maltser was an associate in the corporate groups of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP, where she worked on a variety of general corporate matters.
